Refund & Return Policy

At Desi Chhokri, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, labels and accessories must be intact.
- Products that are washed, damaged, altered or used will not be eligible for return.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be approved.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the same payment method/account used while placing the order.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days. The amount may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not provided in cash.
- Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI.
- Customers must provide valid bank account details or UPI ID for processing the refund.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned after 5 days of delivery.
- Used or worn products.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
